How do I get a titled and registered in Tennessee dirt bike?

For the purposes of certification and registration, a dirt bike is considered a motorcycle.  In this way, you can follow the rules of certification and registration of a motorcycle in Tennessee.  However, be sure your dirt bike is street legal which must at least have:

Headlights, taillights and a silencer breaklightFront mirrorsA hornTwo signalsA breaksTurn and the back

If you bought your bike from a dealer, dirt here, should handle all the paperwork.  If not, then you have to go to the County Clerk Office.  If the vehicle is new, you need to bring:

InvoiceCurrent registration of the Declaration of origin (MSO) of the manufacturer (if you already have a vehicle registered and transferred the dishes)

If the vehicle is used:

Certified signed disclosure log StatementCurrent titleOdometer (if the transfer of plates)
